Role overview

Join Nooks’ Core Dialer team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Dialer). You’ll work on the core, user-facing dialer experience—improving UX, building essential dialer features, and enhancing backend APIs and frontend performance.

Responsibilities

Strengthen the user experience of the dialer/compose features, ensuring speed and reliability.
Build and maintain the core dialer/compose features used daily by representatives.
Collaborate with design and product to ship UX improvements.
Improve backend APIs and frontend performance.
Partner cross-functionally with Integrations and Voice Infra teams.
Work in a context involving distributed systems and integrations.

Requirements

Strong modern frontend skills in React.
Strong backend skills with Node.js / TypeScript and REST APIs.
3–5 years of engineering experience.
Solid understanding of data models and caching.

Nice-to-haves

Experience in SaaS products.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis.
Enjoys working close to users and iterating quickly.
