Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role overview

Senior Full Stack Engineer at Cresta, working on a no-code processing platform that lets non-technical users configure conversation workflows and automation without writing code. You’ll build across the stack—creating intuitive UI components and robust backend services—while partnering with design, product, and AI/ML teams.

Key missions

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for Cresta’s no-code processing platform (UI components and backend services).
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs powering a dynamic no-code interface; collaborate with ML engineers to expose conversation intelligence.
• Identify and drive performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability improvements across both frontend and backend.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack engineering experience with strong frontend and backend contributions in no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, design, and engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of modern frontend technologies and design patterns for complex UIs.
• Solid foundation in databases and data modeling.
• Backend experience with Python, Go, or similar languages; experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with managing state, execution logic, or visual/visual programming paradigms.
• Hands-on experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience building platforms/tools for non-technical users in AI/ML, automation, or workflow domains.
