Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Cresta, you will help build and scale the company’s no-code processing platform. The platform empowers non-technical users to configure conversation workflows and apply automation without writing code.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for the no-code processing platform, including:
  • intuitive UI components
  • robust backend services
• Architect and implement backend services and APIs that power a dynamic no-code interface, collaborating with ML engineers to expose conversation intelligence.
• Improve performance and scalability across both frontend and backend while ensuring reliability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• Backend expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Senior full-stack experience, with meaningful contributions to both frontend and backend on no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong frontend foundation using modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript) and design patterns for complex UIs.
• Strong foundation in databases and data modeling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across product, design, and engineering.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with state management, execution logic, or visual programming paradigms.
• Experience building platforms/tools for non-technical users in AI/ML, automation, or workflow domains.
• Hands-on database experience with Postgres, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
