Senior Full-Stack Engineer — Agentic-First

Role overview

You’ll be a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Wonderdog, working in an agentic-first workflow. You’ll collaborate with tools like Claude and Cursor to generate much of the code, while you direct, review, and ship changes. The team values strong engineering judgment, clear communication, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of features across the product.
• Use an agentic-first approach: guide, review, and ensure quality of AI-generated code.
• Direct and ship changes quickly by working through tickets independently.
• Apply strong judgment on code quality and web application architecture.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of web app architecture.
• Comfortable using Git and working in a monorepo.
• Clear written communication and ability to coordinate effectively.
• API design experience.
• Comfortable with the team’s stack: React / TypeScript (with process prioritized over tools).

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience integrating or effectively leveraging AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.
