Responsibilities

• Frontend product development: Build core user experiences across apps, forms, scheduling, websites, and database-related UI.
• Design system implementation: Collaborate with design to implement a consistent, extensible design system.
• Performance and UI quality: Ensure interfaces feel fast and intuitive; maintain high-quality component architecture.
• Support leadership (Fillout):
  • Lead and develop a high-performing support team across time zones.
  • Improve support metrics such as CSAT, response time, backlog, and handle time.
  • Refine processes for speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Systematically capture customer feedback and champion the customer perspective with cross-functional teams.
  • Create training materials, playbooks, response templates, and knowledge systems to scale support.
  • Pioneer AI automation and intelligent routing while keeping personalized, human interaction.

Requirements

• Frontend expertise:
  • React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind
  • Strong grasp of performance and component architecture
  • 5+ years building frontend-heavy applications
• Support leadership (if applying to the Support Manager component):
  • 6+ years in technical customer support/success in SaaS (preferred)
  • 3+ years leading high-performing support teams
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building or scaling support operations with AI-driven automation.
• Experience working closely with design and engineering to deliver extensible UI and scalable processes.
