Responsibilities

Frontend (Zite)

• Build core user experiences across apps, forms, scheduling, websites, and database-related UI.
• Collaborate with design to implement and maintain a consistent, extensible design system.
• Focus on performance, component architecture, and delivering fast, intuitive interfaces.

Support leadership (Fillout)

• Lead and level up a growing support team across time zones.
• Drive top-tier customer interactions (targeting the top 1% of SaaS support experiences).
• Coach and manage the team; refine processes; set high bars for speed and quality.
• Partner with product and engineering using customer insights to shape what gets built next.
• Create and maintain training, playbooks, response templates, and knowledge systems to scale support.
• Innovate with AI (automation and intelligent routing) while keeping a personalized, human experience.

Requirements

Frontend

• 5+ years building frontend-heavy applications.
• Expert frontend development skills, especially with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Strong understanding of performance and component architecture.

Support leadership

• 6+ years in technical customer support or customer success (ideally SaaS).
• 3+ years leading high-performing support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/automation to support workflows without sacrificing human interaction quality.
