Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role overview

You’ll join AdsX as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Zite, and you’ll also support leadership responsibilities tied to Fillout (notably as the first Support Manager). The company is fully remote with occasional in-person meetups.

Responsibilities

Zite / Frontend engineering

• Build core user experiences across products (apps, forms, scheduling, websites, and database-facing features).
• Implement an extensible design system in close collaboration with the design team.
• Deliver fast, intuitive interfaces with strong attention to performance and component architecture.

Fillout / Support Manager (early support org)

• Lead and level up a growing support team to achieve top-tier SaaS support (aiming for the top 1% experience).
• Coach and manage the team across time zones.
• Refine support processes, set expectations for speed and quality, and own key support metrics.
• Partner with product and engineering to convert customer conversations into product improvements.
• Build and maintain scalable support foundations: training, playbooks, response templates, and knowledge systems.
• Innovate with AI to improve automation and intelligent routing while preserving a human experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years building frontend-heavy applications (required).
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Strong grasp of performance and component architecture.
• Technical customer support/success leadership fit:
  • 6+ years in technical customer support or success (ideally in SaaS).
  • 3+ years leading high-performing support teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience designing and evolving design systems.
• Experience leveraging AI for support automation/intelligent routing.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy + execution in a high-growth environment.
