Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Role: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Build core product experiences across AdsX’s apps and web surfaces, with a strong focus on frontend development for Zite. The role also includes significant ownership within Fillout’s customer support organization.

Responsibilities

Frontend (Zite)

• Build core user experiences across apps, forms, scheduling, and websites.
• Develop performant, extensible UI using strong component architecture.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement a consistent, extensible design system.

Support leadership (Fillout)

• Lead and level up a growing support team to deliver top-tier SaaS support.
• Coach and manage the team; define career paths and provide growth coaching.
• Own and improve key support/customer metrics (e.g., CSAT, response time, backlog, handle time).
• Refine processes to deliver speed, consistency, and quality.
• Capture and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams to shape what to build next.
• Create scalable support foundations: training, playbooks, response templates, and knowledge systems.
• Partner with Product/Engineering/Go-To-Market to resolve complex issues and influence priorities.
• Innovate with AI (automation and intelligent routing) while keeping personalized, human customer interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years building frontend-heavy applications (required).
• Expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Strong understanding of performance, component architecture, and building fast, intuitive interfaces.
• 6+ years in technical customer support or success, ideally in SaaS.
• 3+ years leading high-performing support teams.

• Experience implementing or scaling design systems.
• Comfort using new technologies (including AI) to improve support workflows.
