About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will help shape and evolve the team’s technical and architectural decisions. You’ll build and optimize modern full-stack applications and take technical ownership across code quality, scalability, and architecture with a strong focus on performance, stability, and security.

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to technical and architectural decisions within the team
Develop and continuously improve microservices-based systems and Kubernetes architecture
Build and optimize full-stack applications (frontend, backend, databases)
Ensure code quality, scalability, and technical excellence
Collaborate closely with product management, design, and business stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, including automation and CI/CD pipelines
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools, including modern AI solutions
Support modernization of the existing software landscape toward an AI-driven future

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js (e.g., NestJS)
Frontend framework experience: React, Vue.js, or Next.js
Solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Container and cloud experience: Docker, AWS, or GCP
Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes
Deep understanding of Clean Code, software architecture, and scaling
Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring
Strong sense of code quality, architecture, and technical accountability
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to contribute to design decisions
Practical experience with AI tools/systems, especially Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw, with the ability to use them for efficiency and automation
German proficiency (written and spoken)
Enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing

Nice to have

Experience in DevOps, QA, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), networking, and IT security
Hands-on experience integrating AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Agentic AI, or LLMs (automation, new features, process optimization)
