Senior Full Stack Developer (Java)

Role overview

Join Agentic Dream as a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java) to deliver high-quality, scalable software. You’ll work hands-on across frontend and backend, modernize legacy code, and help accelerate feature delivery in a modern monorepo environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain frontend features using React 18 with TypeScript and Redux Toolkit.
• Develop and enhance backend services with Java 19 and Spring Boot 3.x, exposing REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Refactor legacy code, fix bugs, and reduce technical debt.
• Contribute across multiple applications and shared libraries in a monorepo.
• Improve performance, code quality, and reliability across the full stack.
• Troubleshoot complex UI and backend workflow issues.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams to deliver high-impact functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and recommend architectural improvements.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and release processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in React 18+, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and modern frontend patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Java 17/19, Spring Boot 3.x, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling.
• Familiarity with monorepos, shared component libraries, and modular architecture.
• Ability to debug complex UI and backend issues across multiple services.

Nice to have

• GraphQL (queries, resolvers, schema design).
• Familiarity with AWS (e.g., S3, RDS, ECS).
• Exposure to distributed systems and event-driven patterns.
• Experience contributing to CI/CD and DevOps workflows.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative delivery environments.
