Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote)

You will operate like a consultant: identifying problems and designing solutions across legacy systems and modern cloud-native applications. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications—from modern Angular frontends to robust .NET backends—while integrating AI to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify technical debt, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in legacy systems
Design and execute refactoring strategies (without relying on a predefined roadmap)
Build and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and .NET
Research and implement AI capabilities (e.g., automation workflows, predictive analytics, LLM-driven tools) to drive ROI
Architect and deploy AWS solutions ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization
Modernize legacy applications by improving code quality and performance; migrate toward microservices/serverless patterns
Provide technical leadership by translating business needs into high-quality software solutions for stakeholders

Requirements

Frontend (8+ years): Expert-level Angular (v14+), TypeScript, and RxJS
Styling: Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Angular Material
Backend (5+ years): Expert-level C# and .NET Core / Web API (.NET 6/8+)
Backend capabilities: Strong Entity Framework Core knowledge and asynchronous programming patterns
Cloud (AWS): Proven experience architecting and managing AWS environments
Serverless: Hands-on Lambda, API Gateway, plus S3, RDS, and IAM roles
CI/CD: Experience with AWS CodePipeline and/or Jenkins
AI: Practical production experience integrating AI features; experience with LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs), prompt engineering, or AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition)
Data & modernization: Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB); experience strangling legacy monoliths and migrating to microservices or serverless

AWS Certified (Developer or Solutions Architect)
Microsoft Certified (Azure / C# Developer, relevant to .NET expertise)
