About the role

Role overview

Join GoHiring as a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and evolve the full stack of the product ecosystem. You’ll contribute to work ranging from small improvements to developing products from scratch, implementing sustainable solutions to complex problems.

Key missions

Contribute to end-to-end product development (A–Z) across the technology stack.
Implement durable, high-impact solutions by collaborating closely with product managers and testers.
Help standardize the frontend transition to React within the company.
Work on the company’s up-to-date tech stack while following engineering best practices.

Requirements

Fluent English.
Strong knowledge of API design.
Experience with application scalability and performance optimization.
At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
Ruby: at least 3+ years.
React.js: 1+ year experience.
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to development and documentation.
Strong advocate of high code quality and engineering best practices.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working within an experienced cross-functional team (product, testing, data/warehouse).
