Senior Frontend Software Engineer (Typescript) (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Software Engineer (TypeScript) — Remote (work from anywhere), full-time. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using TypeScript to meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using TypeScript and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver functional products
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable systems

Requirements

• TypeScript proficiency with at least 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Backend familiarity using Node.js or similar runtimes
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Testing experience with Jest or Mocha and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with state management (e.g., Redux or Context API)
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

Nice to Have

• Experience that demonstrates architectural impact on distributed/scalable systems

Contract/Compensation

• $30–$90/hour (remote, full-time)
