Senior Frontend Software Engineer

Role Overview

You will develop and maintain enterprise React applications for critical business capabilities within a large, modernizing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise React applications supporting key business functions.
• Build and enhance applications using a Micro Frontend architecture.
• Modernize legacy React code and refactor class-based components.
• Improve frontend performance, scalability, and maintainability across the portfolio.
• Remediate frontend security vulnerabilities and support secure development practices.
• Promote frontend engineering best practices and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX partners, and product teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React 18+ and TypeScript in large enterprise codebases.
• Deep knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and custom hooks.
• Advanced TypeScript skills (e.g., generics and type-safe API integration).
• Experience with state management such as Redux Toolkit and/or React Query.
• Proficiency with Jest and React Testing Library for component/unit testing.
• Familiarity with secure frontend development practices and OWASP guidance.
