Role overview

Join Ramp’s Web Engineering team as a Senior Frontend Software Engineer (GTM Platform). You’ll build AI-powered frontend applications, work closely with design and marketing teams, and continuously improve engineering processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key missions

• Contribute to the creation of AI-powered frontend applications to improve marketing team workflows.
• Collaborate with design, growth, and marketing teams to maximize the generation of qualified leads.
• Build design systems and promote a culture that respects industry UX standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frontend features with strong attention to visuals and UX.
• Apply AI/LLMs in production environments.
• Help drive engineering best practices across the development lifecycle (e.g., system design, documentation, testing, and long-term codebase health).
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Strong perspective on the engineering development lifecycle (system design, documentation, testing, and codebase health).
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs in production.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of frontend engineering experience (preferred).
