Role Overview

Voradesk is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and maintain a customer communication platform. You’ll work on intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for thousands of support agents, in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver exceptional UX
Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to uphold code quality
Optimize frontend performance and ensure accessibility best practices
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends
Contribute to the design system and component library

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional frontend development experience
Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with Next.js (or similar React frameworks)
Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Strong understanding of web performance optimization

Nice to Have

Tailwind CSS (or other utility-first CSS frameworks)
Backend familiarity (Node.js, Python)
Experience with WebSockets and real-time communication
Testing experience with Jest, Cypress, or Playwright
Open source contributions or relevant side projects
