Senior Frontend Engineer (Remote - Poland)

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer at Fresha, working in a cross-functional product team (within a “tribe”) and reporting to the Team Lead. You’ll design and develop user-facing applications, collaborating with teams across different layers of Fresha’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• SDLC: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React code
• Performance & Quality: Ensure strong application performance, responsiveness, and code quality
• Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, then devise solutions
• Product Lifecycle: Contribute across the full product lifecycle (from inception through delivery and beyond)
• Architecture & Best Practices: Help shape frontend architecture and engineering best practices
• Engineering Culture: Contribute to a healthy culture of feedback and continuous growth

Requirements / What You’ll Be Doing

• AI-augmented workflow with an emphasis on shipping high-impact features in 6-week cycles
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Ability to create database schemas aligned with business processes (as needed by the role)

Nice-to-haves / Additional Skills

• TypeScript
• Cordova and/or native mobile development for Android and/or iOS
• RAIL Performance, PWA, SSR
• Node.js, Cypress, Jest
• Full-stack experience (double bonus if Ruby or Elixir)

Travel

• Travel one week once per quarter for quarterly team events (locations: London / Warsaw / Prishtina).
