Role overview

Senior Frontend Engineer for Veeva Ostro, building the core healthcare-facing UI experience that helps clinicians access fast, accurate medication insights.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces across Ostro’s product suite using modern frontend frameworks.
• Own key UI decisions that directly impact clinician workflows and reduce friction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver seamless features and improve existing UX.
• Maintain high code quality via rigorous peer reviews, automated unit testing, and robust frontend standards.
• Optimize application performance (speed, responsiveness, scalability) as adoption grows.
• Proactively ensure accessibility compliance by testing, troubleshooting, and advocating for inclusive design.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging web technologies to improve frontend stack and patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping production B2B or B2C SaaS.
• 5+ years of deep frontend expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Tailwind.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation & benefits

• Base pay range: $110,000–$270,000 (additional compensation may be possible)
