Role overview

Join Sleeper as a Senior Frontend Engineer (Mobile) (full remote). You’ll work closely with designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications and build high-quality mobile frontend experiences.

Key missions

• Collaborate with designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Native and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and implement a well-structured component hierarchy.
• Integrate frontend components with back-end services.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience developing and implementing algorithms/systems with solid JavaScript coding skills and best practices.
• CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of mobile/web development with a frontend emphasis.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; proactive and innovation-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and challenge traditional risk management approaches.
• Motivation to own and scale a large product with freedom to design and develop a best-in-class experience.
