Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

Join EvenUp’s New Products team as a Senior Frontend Engineer. You’ll build and launch innovative product technology that directly impacts customer workflows in the personal injury industry, working in a small, tight-knit team with cross-functional experts.

Key Missions

• Contribute to the construction and launch of new products that impact clients’ day-to-day workflows.
• Develop technology that helps modernize an analog industry and improves outcomes for people affected by injury.
• Help build the core building blocks of the software and team culture within a small cohesive group.

Responsibilities

• Ship production-ready frontend code and help deliver core product capabilities.
• Communicate technical ideas and issues clearly and in actionable terms.
• Own projects from start to finish and drive them to completion.
• Mentor and help uplift teammates.
• Work effectively cross-functionally (including with data engineering and DevOps).

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in frontend or backend engineering (backend/full-stack experience is also acceptable).
• Experience working with relational databases and/or other database technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-quality software and deliver production-ready code and infrastructure.
• Strong engineering excellence; experience building what “great” looks like at scale (product and culture).
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Kubernetes experience.
