About the role

Role Overview

Join EvenUp’s Cases Product Engineering team as a Senior Frontend Engineer. You’ll lead enhancements to the integration engine and drive improvements to the user experience for EvenUp customers, working across the full project lifecycle.

Key Missions

Lead architecture and development of software integrations to improve the integration engine and customer experience
Collaborate cross-functionally (backend engineers, product owners, designers) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Own the project lifecycle from conception → deployment → iteration, including problem-solving and performance/optimization efforts

Requirements

Passion for understanding user needs and tackling customer pain points
Strong ability to communicate technical ideas clearly and actionably
Extensive integration experience with third-party vendors, designing and implementing reliable integration frameworks
Solid foundations in software development: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and GraphQL (and server-side work such as SQL)
5+ years hands-on experience building applications and services with user-friendly outcomes

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with React and TypeScript
Background in AI, legal tech, and/or social impact projects
Ability/willingness to mentor fellow engineers and share knowledge (especially around API design)
API design and development of RESTful APIs following best practices
