Role Overview

Join ClickUp as a Senior Frontend Engineer to build and improve core product experiences. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Integrations teams to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities

Deliver product features using Angular (2+) and React
Architect efficient, reusable frontend code that powers the ClickUp user experience
Collaborate with backend and integrations teams to ship features end-to-end
Ensure strong test coverage and high product quality
Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and usability issues
Manage project priorities and deadlines
Mentor teammates and raise overall engineering quality

Requirements

5+ years of experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks; Angular 2+ or React required
Strong experience with TypeScript
Experience with RxJS and NgRx (or similar Redux-style state management)
Strong testing experience with unit, integration, and E2E tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, and Playwright
Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals (layout, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, maintainable styling)
Proven ability to move quickly, take ownership, and execute with urgency
Strong component architecture and frontend performance knowledge
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
