Senior Frontend Engineer

Role overview

Join Cint’s globally distributed team as a Senior Frontend Engineer. You’ll enhance the Cint Exchange Ordering platform, taking ownership of the buyer user experience and delivering intuitive, frictionless interfaces.

Key missions & responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand customer goals and pain points.
• Deliver and own the end-to-end user experience for requesting, tracking, and managing research samples.
• Drive delivery by building relationships across teams and independently completing medium to large features.
• Drive quality and frontend engineering standards: unit/integration testing, code reviews, and maintaining maintainable code.
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve security, quality, and performance.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Provide production on-call support for your systems.
• Participate in design and code reviews and give feedback informed by OpenAPI and API contract understanding.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong testing skills: writing effective unit and integration tests, including API mocks.
• Expert UI implementation with TypeScript, with comprehensive typing across the stack.
• Ability to review OpenAPI specifications and provide feedback on API contracts.
• Experience building complex data visualizations (e.g., Highcharts or D3.js).
• Familiarity with LLM tooling (e.g., Skills, MCPs, agentic flows) and using AI tooling to improve engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization services.
• Ability to translate product documents into feature epics and user stories and ship promptly.
• Comfort with technical writing and diagrams for alignment and cross-team communication.
• Proficiency with Next.js 13+ (including App Router) and React Query, including caching and performance optimization.
• Experience shaping architecture and security improvements across systems and workflows.

Nice-to-haves / additional strengths

• CSS and Tailwind, plus Figma and internal design systems.
• Experience with cloud-native development, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with LLM workflows such as code migrations, structured data extraction, prompt evaluation, and context window management.
• Exposure to tools/tech such as Vite, shadcn/ui, Radix, Playwright, Auth0, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Terraform, and backend languages (e.g., Java, C#, Go, Python, Scala).
