About the role

Role Overview

Join Cint’s globally distributed team as a Senior Frontend Engineer. You will enhance the Cint Exchange Ordering platform, owning the buyer user experience and partnering with UX designers and product managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own the user experience end-to-end, collaborating closely with UX and product.
Develop and integrate new features on the Ordering platform.
Optimize performance and ensure high-quality research answers.
Improve existing codebases by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks.
Participate in design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards and best practices.
Drive architectural improvements with a focus on security across systems, tools, and workflows.
Research and evaluate new frontend technologies and improve frontend engineering practices.

Requirements

Proficiency in Next.js 13+ (including App Router) and React Query, including data caching strategies and performance optimization.
3–5+ years of software development experience in fast-paced, complex environments.
Strong UI engineering with TypeScript, including comprehensive typing for maintainability and reliability.
CSS and Tailwind experience.
Experience working with Figma and internal design systems.
Ability to turn product documentation into feature epics and user stories, delivering from concept to reality.
Technical writing/diagrams for brainstorming and cross-team alignment.
Experience writing unit and integration tests (including API mocks).
Ability to review OpenAPI specifications and provide feedback on API contract design.
Familiarity with authentication/authorization services.

Nice to Have

Cloud-native development, preferably on AWS.
Data visualization with Highcharts or D3.js.
Familiarity with LLM tooling (Skills, MCPs, agentic flows) and AI engineering workflows.
Experience with: Vite, shadcn, Radix, Playwright, Auth0, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Sentry, Terraform, and/or backend languages (Java, C#, Go, Python, Scala).
Experience using LLM tools for tasks like code migration automation, structured data extraction, prompt evaluation, and context window management.
