About the role

Role overview

Join Landbot as a Senior Frontend Engineer (AI SaaS). You’ll shape user interactions, write clean, maintainable, testable code, collaborate with Product and Design, and provide technical leadership across the frontend.

Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, testable frontend code.
Act as a quality expert for testing across the UI (unit, integration, functional, and E2E).
Drive a quality mindset across the frontend and lead design discussions that affect multiple teams.
Mentor teammates and provide constructive feedback to elevate engineering standards.
Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements

Deep experience with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and E2E.
Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Redux, and modern frontend ecosystems.
Experience building and maintaining complex UIs using reusable components and/or micro-frontends.
Familiarity with performance optimization and scaling frontend applications.
Proven ability to ship to production frequently (deploying multiple times per day).
Strong collaboration mindset across product, design, and cross-team partners.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to simplify complex problems.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Must be eligible to work in Spain (open to collaboration agreements).

Nice to have

Exposure to AI-driven interfaces and/or curiosity about UX for AI-powered features.
