Senior Frontend Engineer

Role overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Farsight AI, you will shape the user experience of an agentic AI platform for financial services. You’ll design, build, and maintain intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces that help investment professionals work with AI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive, responsive web interfaces that improve user engagement
• Translate complex AI outputs into clear, accessible dashboards and tools
• Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to define feature specs and technical requirements
• Implement web development best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation
• Gather and apply user feedback to improve usability and functionality
• Stay current with frontend technologies and industry trends to propose improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships)
• Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
• Experience building and deploying production-grade, scalable web applications
• Strong UI/UX sensibility focused on clean, functional, user-centric interfaces
• Ability to work autonomously and manage work end-to-end from conception through deployment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a growing team

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled financial products or presenting complex data visually
