About the role

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer (Ads Creative) supporting a media-focused team at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You’ll build advertiser-facing reporting and creative experiences, turning insights and experimentation into measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical design and implementation of complex frontend features for Ads Manager
  • Translate AI-driven functionality into user-friendly interfaces for advertisers
  • Collaborate with product and design to clarify requirements and make trade-offs
  • Build reusable frontend components for a cohesive campaign experience
  • Use data-driven insights and experimentation (A/B-style testing) to improve user interactions
  • Raise code quality via thoughtful architecture and testing practices
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance through code reviews and team collaboration

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
  • Experience delivering complex frontend projects independently
  • Strong frontend architecture knowledge, including state management and API integrations
  • Ability to create usable, high-performance interfaces
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity in product and technical requirements
  • Strong communication skills across business, technical, and operational stakeholders
  • Familiarity with advanced coding tools such as Codex and Claude
