Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript), remote (U.S. time zones preferred). You will own and build a modern, customer-facing UI from the ground up for a complex, data-rich application, including how users interact with AI-driven features.

Responsibilities

• Own and build customer-facing UI using React and TypeScript
• Evolve the existing frontend into a production-ready application backed by live APIs
• Design and implement scalable component architecture and reusable UI patterns
• Manage application state and data flow using modern tooling (React Query, hooks, context)
• Build responsive and intuitive interfaces for complex workflows and data-heavy views
• Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Contribute to and maintain a design system and consistent UI patterns

Requirements

• 5–8 years building production React applications
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Experience with complex, data-rich UI and state management
• Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Ability to turn designs into production UI (e.g., Figma)
• Strong focus on UX/usability and attention to detail
• Experience writing frontend tests
• Portfolio/examples of shipped UI work

Nice to Have

• Next.js or other modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Experience with AI/ML-driven product interfaces
• Exposure to PDF/document-heavy applications
• Basic backend/API integration knowledge
