Senior Frontend Developer (React.js / Next.js)

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Developer for a client project using React.js and Next.js. You’ll work on new product ideas and help build engaging, high-performance web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications with React.js and Next.js
• Build reusable, maintainable UI components with emphasis on performance and accessibility
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate user needs and business goals into features
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following software best practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure responsive UX
• Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliability and robustness

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating React.js and Next.js
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, MobX, or similar)
• Testing experience with tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library
• Strong Git/version control knowledge
• Must be in/near CET timezone (CET +/- 3 hours); applications from other time zones can’t be considered
