About the role

Role Overview

The Senior Frontend Developer will design, build, and maintain user-facing features for Jobrion’s web applications. You’ll ensure a seamless, intuitive experience for job seekers and partners in a fully remote, distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

Implement responsive and mobile-first user interfaces.
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality UX.
Integrate frontend components with backend services/APIs.
Optimize performance across devices and browsers.
Review code and mentor other developers.
Contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
Maintain high standards for accessibility, usability, and security.

Requirements

Strong frontend development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular and component-based architecture.
Solid web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with web performance optimization.
Background in software development practices:
- Git (version control)
- testing and debugging
- CI/CD workflows
Understanding of backend concepts for effective API collaboration.
Experience working with design systems and UX/UI teams, including accessibility and user-centered design.
Ability to work independently remotely and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; senior/lead frontend experience is a plus.
