About the role
Role Overview
The Senior Frontend Developer will design, build, and maintain user-facing features for Jobrion’s web applications. You’ll ensure a seamless, intuitive experience for job seekers and partners in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement responsive and mobile-first user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality UX.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services/APIs.
- Optimize performance across devices and browsers.
- Review code and mentor other developers.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, usability, and security.
Requirements
- Strong frontend development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular and component-based architecture.
- Solid web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with web performance optimization.
- Background in software development practices:
- Git (version control)
- testing and debugging
- CI/CD workflows
- Understanding of backend concepts for effective API collaboration.
- Experience working with design systems and UX/UI teams, including accessibility and user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently remotely and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience; senior/lead frontend experience is a plus.

- Prior experience in senior or lead frontend roles.
