Role Overview

Senior Frontend Developer (JavaScript) at BairesDev. You will architect and build sophisticated, high-performance web applications, lead frontend initiatives, and mentor junior developers to improve frontend engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Design and implement advanced, scalable frontend architectures using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
Lead technical design and architectural decisions for frontend solutions.
Develop complex, high-performance web applications with optimized rendering and state management.
Implement advanced state management and performance optimization techniques.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure high-quality frontend delivery.
Mentor junior developers and help establish frontend development best practices.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in frontend JavaScript development.
Strong expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystem and advanced frontend architecture.
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks: React, Vue, and/or Angular.
Advanced knowledge of web performance and optimization techniques.
Experience with state management and complex UI development.
Advanced level of English.

Nice to Have

Experience mentoring teams and driving frontend quality through reviews and best practices.
