Senior Frontend Developer

Role Overview

Concentrix is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (remote in the USA) to build engaging, scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll create responsive, user-centric interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help deliver seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications
• Build responsive and intuitive UI using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Implement event-driven architectures, including Pub/Sub patterns
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and UX to deliver cohesive solutions
• Optimize performance, speed, and scalability across environments
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Support knowledge transfer during transition/overlap periods
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience with Alpine.js (or similar lightweight JS frameworks)
• Solid understanding of Pub/Sub or other event-driven design patterns
• Experience integrating REST APIs with backend services
• Familiarity with Git
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in distributed teams
• Ownership mindset focused on delivery and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Exposure to full-stack development
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to ramp up quickly in existing codebases

Compensation

• Base salary: $92,250–$120,000 plus incentives aligned with individual and company performance
