Senior Frontend Architect (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Frontend Engineer (Tailwind) — contract, remote (work from anywhere). You’ll build robust, responsive web interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS to help power high-quality, real-world input for next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pixel-perfect, responsive UI using React and Tailwind CSS, maintaining a consistent and scalable design system.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences for diverse users.
• Improve frontend performance by identifying bottlenecks and applying best practices.
• Evolve the UI architecture and component library in line with industry trends.
• Champion accessibility and usability to create inclusive products.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS and strong web development fundamentals.
• Experience building responsive interfaces with focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
