Role Overview

Join True Link Financial as a Senior Front End Engineer (full remote). You’ll build user-centric features in a Rails/React environment, spending most of your time coding while mentoring teammates and improving delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Develop front-end features in the Rails/React stack and understand the application architecture.
Mentor and support team members; share knowledge and learn collaboratively.
Work with designers and product managers to balance technical debt reduction with delivering new functionality.
Contribute to a culture of excellence in project delivery.
Focus on usability and quality through strong UX patterns and developer testing practices.

Requirements

Strong collaboration skills with design and product to manage tradeoffs between tech debt and feature delivery.
Ability to deliver ambitious projects quickly while maintaining high standards.
Quality-focused approach using good usability patterns and developer testing practices.
Proven experience mentoring/teaching, and willingness to learn from others.
Experienced JavaScript developer with modern front-end framework experience.

Nice to Have

Comfort working across architecture and cross-functional teams in a Rails/React environment.
