About the role

Role overview

Senior Front-End Engineer (React) to build high-performance, AI-driven web experiences for millions of customers. You’ll work with an innovation team to rapidly prototype, run POCs, and bring experimental ideas to production—owning end-to-end outcomes from concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale.
Integrate LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations) into front-end interfaces.
Use agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real time.
Rapidly prototype new product concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs.
Own performance, scalability, and reliability for high-traffic applications.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ship continuously.
Drive innovation in AI-assisted UI generation and intelligent user journeys.

Requirements

6+ years building modern web applications.
Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience integrating LLM APIs.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).
Experience with design systems/component libraries.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices-based systems.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum.
Experience in high-scale SaaS/platform environments.

Nice-to-haves

Hands-on building AI-assisted development tools.
Strong emphasis on performance, scalable architecture, and working comfortably in ambiguity (speed over perfection).
