Role Overview

Senior Front-End Engineer to lead front-end initiatives and deliver modern, user-centric web applications for education technology (EdTech) clients in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Lead front-end development across enterprise-scale software projects in the education sector.
Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship; guide development best practices.
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality software.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

7+ years of front-end development experience.
Proven ability to lead projects and drive successful software delivery.
Strong React expertise.
2+ years of recent experience in the EdTech industry.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Team-oriented personality and strong cultural fit.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000 (depending on experience)
