Senior Front-End Engineer

Role overview

As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for the company’s web applications and APIs. You’ll partner with product, design, and backend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and visually engaging experiences while helping shape a new platform in a rapidly evolving digital asset industry.

Objectives

• Design, build, and maintain a foundational front-end ecosystem and shared tools across product engineering teams
• Build dynamic, responsive, and intuitive UI for web applications and APIs
• Optimize web performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and security to meet business and technical requirements
• Apply accessibility, scalability, and maintainability best practices

Responsibilities

• Deliver production-grade front-end experiences and maintain core UI tooling
• Implement accessibility and reliability standards across front-end solutions
• Contribute to observable, supportable applications by resolving UI/UX ambiguity
• Work as an effective problem solver and cross-functional teammate

Requirements

• 4+ years of front-end engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including responsive design
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Svelte or React/Next.js (with Vue.js or Angular as a plus)
• Familiarity with type systems such as TypeScript or Flow
• Knowledge of build/test/deployment tools in production environments
• Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices
• Strong debugging skills and a continuous-improvement mindset

• Experience building supportable, observable applications
• Demonstrated ability to handle UI/UX ambiguity and turn it into reliable implementations
