Role: Senior Front-End Developer (ReactJS)

Fully remote senior front-end engineering role focused on building high-performance, scalable web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications with ReactJS, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes/prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Design and develop dynamic forms with validation, accessibility, and usability.
• Implement card-based interfaces and drag-and-drop functionality.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
• Maintain consistent UI/UX standards across applications.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and compliance best practices throughout development.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
• Mentor and coach junior developers; conduct code reviews.
• Lead user-testing and analysis sessions; use feedback to improve UX.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product owners, designers, architects, stakeholders) and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related computer science/engineering or UI/UX field.
• 10+ years developing IT solutions and working with cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience in software engineering, application architecture, and solution design.
• Knowledge of system/application security, compliance, and secure development practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and evaluate advanced technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed environment.

Must-Have Experience

• 7+ years UX Design experience (UX Design Thinking, UX principles, usability).
• 7+ years hands-on ReactJS + JavaScript development.
• Strong TypeScript proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design.
• Deep experience building dynamic forms (validation, accessibility, maintainability).
• Experience with component-based React architecture.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and microservice-based frameworks.
• Experience creating card-based UIs and drag-and-drop.

Nice-to-Haves

• A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise and relevant front-end projects.
• Familiarity with UX frameworks (cut off in posting).
