About the role
Role Overview
Senior Front-End / Product Engineer working on the customer-facing product experience for hosts and guests. This is a roaming Front-End Product Engineer role—moving between projects and teams to deliver the most value.
What You’ll Do
- Build, improve, and own feature development for host and guest experiences after onboarding.
- Partner with product, sales, customer success, and engineers to develop, ship, and own features.
- Help shape and improve the product (you won’t receive perfect specs; you’ll collaborate and iterate).
- Move fast by simplifying work, breaking initiatives into smaller chunks, and delivering an MVP sooner.
- Use engineering expertise to create “magical” user experiences, ship, iterate, and take accountability for quality.
- Implement and use observability tooling to track and debug production features (e.g., LogRocket, Sentry).
- Provide input on how frontend codebases can be maintained and improved.
Requirements
- Shipping mindset: motivated by real customers using your features, feedback, and continuous iteration.
- Customer- and business-value driven over perfect code.
- Experience with modern Angular, including RxJS.
- Experience with Tailwind.
- Ideally based in (and able to work within) European timezones.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with hybrid mobile apps (e.g., Ionic) and/or web components.
