Senior FP&A Manager (12 Month Parental Cover)

Role Overview

Join xentral as a Senior FP&A Manager for a 12-month parental leave cover (full-time, full remote). You will own core FP&A cycles including monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting, while partnering with department heads and senior management on strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly reporting:
  • Prepare topline performance updates
  • Produce Management P&L and Cash Flow statements
• Budgeting & forecasting:
  • Lead the annual budgeting process
  • Run monthly forecasting cycles with accurate, evidence-based projections
• Ad-hoc strategic analysis:
  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management
  • Provide data-driven insights for strategic projects
• Financial system ownership:
  • Maintain and update financial views in LucaNet
  • Participate in senior leadership meetings

Requirements

• Familiar with SaaS/subscription metrics and translating them into meaningful reports for B2B and e-commerce contexts
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong accounting or finance background (deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow mechanics)
• Detail-oriented with strong root-cause mindset to ensure numbers tie out
• Highly proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Looker
• Working knowledge of LucaNet (consolidations, reporting layouts)
• 4+ years of relevant experience as a senior finance professional
