About the role

Role overview

As a Senior FP&A Analyst (12-month maternity cover) at GotPhoto, you will evolve the company’s FP&A infrastructure and build data-driven finance operations for the next stage of scale. This role is not about simply running models and reporting—you will interrogate the numbers, challenge assumptions, and tell the financial story for a high-growth SaaS business.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic visibility by building, maintaining, and presenting dashboards and reports (e.g., Monthly Flash, Management Pack, Board Pack) for the Board, CFO, and Head of FP&A.
Modernize the FP&A stack by supporting migration of FP&A tools/platforms: define requirements, map data flows, validate systems, and train stakeholders.
Architect planning frameworks with end-to-end forecasting and budgeting templates/processes for quarterly and annual planning cycles.
Define the single version of truth by partnering with the Data team to validate SaaS KPIs.
Sales & marketing partnering: support pipeline-to-forecast conversion modeling and commission tracking; collaborate with Marketing to optimize segment profitability and ROI.
Operational ownership: manage and forecast global OPEX with department heads; support Accounting with month-end reviews and ad-hoc strategic business cases.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS/subscription environment.
Proven ability to build complex financial models and produce investor-grade reporting (Private Equity/PE experience is a plus).
Experience supporting FP&A/ERP or finance platform migrations and driving process improvements.
Strong technical skills: high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
Experience using AI-driven tools/automation to streamline analytical workflows.
Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC).
Excellent written and verbal English; German is a bonus (not required).
Strong mindset: ability to challenge assumptions and surface the story behind the numbers.

Private Equity/PE reporting experience.
German language skills.
SQL experience.
Prior experience with AI/automation in analytics.
