Role Overview

Full-time remote Senior Flutter Engineer (AI-Assisted Development) at Arcane Pathways. You’ll build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development—without compromising engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Design and implement new mobile features in Flutter
Optimize application performance
Build and maintain robust, scalable, maintainable architecture
Use AI-assisted development tools to support coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with product, design, and back-end teams
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and best practices
Mentor other engineers

Requirements

Strong Computer Science foundation (data structures, algorithms, software design)
Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart
Solid understanding of OOP and clean architecture patterns
Backend web concepts: RESTful APIs and integrating mobile apps with server-side services
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, intelligent IDE assistants)
Ability to write maintainable, testable code
