Senior Flutter Engineer (AI-Native)

Role Overview

As a Senior Flutter Engineer (AI-Native) at Jumpspeak, you will build and maintain a production-quality Flutter mobile app for language learning. You’re expected to be highly proficient with next-gen AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ship features for the Flutter mobile app using production-level engineering practices.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve speed and productivity.
• Contribute to a remote, asynchronous engineering workflow with strong self-motivation.
• Provide communication and team leadership/coordination as needed (ability to manage a team is emphasized).
• Collaborate with the team on the company’s broader stack: Flutter, Golang, Postgres.

Requirements

• Real production experience with Flutter.
• Strong ability to communicate and manage/coordinate team efforts.
• Experience working effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (at least one or more of: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).

Nice to Have

• Some native mobile experience.
