Senior Flutter Developer

Role Overview

Senior Flutter Developer to build and evolve high-scale Flutter mobile applications used by millions of users. This is a fully remote position in an international, distributed team, partnering with Product, Backend, QA, and Architecture to deliver features end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile features: technical design, estimation, development, testing, release, and post-production support.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile architecture with clean code and modular design for long-term maintainability.
• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform code reviews, uphold engineering standards, and proactively manage technical debt.
• Improve performance and stability of the application.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, app store releases, and production monitoring for reliable deployments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Flutter and Dart.
• Deep knowledge of widget frameworks and state management: Bloc, Provider, Riverpod.
• Strong mobile engineering fundamentals: performance optimization, debugging tools (Flutter DevTools, Android Studio, Xcode), and mobile lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, token-based systems).
• Solid software architecture principles: Clean Architecture, SOLID, scalable modular design patterns.
• Hands-on CI/CD and release experience for iOS and Android using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic.
• Proficient with Git workflows.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• English communication B2+; fluency in Russian.
