Senior Flutter Developer

Role Overview

Hector Systems Inc is hiring Senior Flutter Developers (2 openings) for a long-term contract role in Baltimore, MD. This position is 100% onsite (5 days/week) and supports a federal program building and maintaining enterprise mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Build reusable UI components and responsive user interfaces
• Integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Implement secure authentication (e.g., OAuth, SSO)
• Debug, optimize performance, and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and client stakeholders

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience in the USA
• Strong Flutter and Dart experience
• Mobile development experience for Android and iOS
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SSO
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and state management
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD plus build automation
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with Federal/State, Healthcare, or other large enterprise projects
