About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst (GTM), you’ll support the Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance function by building financial models, improving forecasting accuracy, and partnering with GTM leaders to drive spend accountability and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Modeling & Forecasting: Design, build, and maintain financial models for GTM operating expenses, including sales & marketing spend, headcount, compensation, commissions, and revenue share.
  • Variance Analysis: Own budget-to-actual variance analysis, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with GTM leaders/teams to own budgets and headcount plans, drive spend accountability, and provide ad hoc analysis and budget support.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Provide insights to optimize sales and marketing efficiency.
  • Automation & Reporting: Automate core processes to support a single source of truth for financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Excel strength and ability to build robust financial models.
  • 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or FinTech.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and how they flow into the P&L (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC, NRR).
  • Ability to derive insights from large datasets.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment.
  • SQL experience.
