Senior Financial Analyst FP&A – Business Partner, OneSource Finance

Role Overview

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) Business Partner for OneSource Finance. You will partner with 2–3 General Managers, acting as a trusted advisor by explaining P&L results, uncovering insights through deep-dive analysis, and collaborating with teams such as GL, HR, and Operations to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic finance business partner to 2–3 General Managers; explain P&L and translate financial data into actionable insights
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting for supported businesses; monitor performance vs. plan
• Own monthly P&L tracking, performing variance analysis vs. forecast and budget; analyze market and customer trends
• Provide regular reporting and deep-dive analyses of P&L drivers; present findings and recommendations to General Managers and business leaders
• Partner cross-functionally to identify root causes and drive practical solutions
• Enable commercial and operations teams to make informed decisions (financial lens for strategic goal setting, annual operating plans, and monthly business reviews)
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across the organization
• Perform ad hoc analyses by sifting through complex data to tell a clear financial story

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred)
• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Strong MS Excel skills
• SAP, Hyperion, and Business Objects knowledge preferred
• Power BI (or similar visualization tools) familiarity is a plus
• Fluent English (at least CEFR C1)
