Role Overview

Join Empowerly as a Senior Financial Analyst, partnering directly with the CFO to turn financial data into strategic, board-ready insights. This is a high-ownership role focused on modeling, scenario planning, and actionable recommendations.

Key Missions

Own the creation of board-ready financial materials and integrated financial models
Translate financial data into strategic recommendations
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, test assumptions, and build scenarios

Requirements

Experience presenting to executive leadership and/or board-level stakeholders
Deep expertise in balance sheet forecasting and cash flow modeling
Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Advanced financial modeling best practices in a venture-backed context
Proven ability to build fully integrated three-statement models from scratch
Strong communication skills to translate complexity into clarity
Background in KPI-driven forecasting and driver-based budgeting
5–9 years of experience in FP&A / Strategic Finance / Investment Banking / Management Consulting or similar high-growth environments
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
