Senior Financial Analyst

Role overview

Join Atropos Health as a Senior Financial Analyst in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to produce insights that inform decision-making, long-term strategy, and company initiatives.

Key missions

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives (e.g., expansion to new markets, product launches, and pricing decisions).
• Own the monthly budget vs. actual review process across all departments, including monitoring and analyzing variances.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial metrics that drive commercial performance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance (startup/high-growth experience preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to data integrity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience using financial tools including ERPs and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
