Senior Financial Analyst (100% Remote SaaS)

Role Overview

Senior Financial Analyst (100% Remote SaaS) joining a Finance team at a high-growth global SaaS company. This role provides broad FP&A ownership with high visibility to senior Finance leadership and executive stakeholders, including responsibility for key planning, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and product profitability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own core FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and recurring leadership reporting
• Continuously improve financial models covering:
  • Revenue, retention, SaaS performance
  • Product profitability
  • Headcount planning, costs/cash flow, and operating performance
• Analyze SaaS and go-to-market performance using metrics such as:
  • ARR/MRR, churn/retention
  • Pipeline, bookings, sales efficiency
  • CAC, LTV, Rule of 40
• Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional leaders (Sales, Product, Operations, Accounting, People) to link financial results to operating drivers
• Support resource allocation decisions, evaluate hiring/investment opportunities, and prepare materials for executive and Board reporting
• Improve finance systems and reporting, including:
  • NetSuite reporting enhancements
  • Data validation, automation, and process improvements to reduce manual work

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Operations, Accounting, or related analytical finance
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
• Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
• Experience working with SaaS or other metrics-driven, recurring revenue models
• Working knowledge of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, pipeline, bookings, sales efficiency
• Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
• Strong stakeholder partnership skills across finance and non-finance teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
